Engineering

by our engineering department using modern information technology and latest software’s. We are concerned with planning and management of the construction of structures such as highways, bridges, airports, buildings, dams, and reservoirs. Construction of such projects requires knowledge of engineering and management principles and business procedures, economics, and human behavior. 

Our construction engineers engage in the design of temporary structures, cost estimating, planning and scheduling, materials procurement, equipment selection, and cost control.

Road Construction

Road Construction has become a major part of our activities. The need for connectivity, increasing mobility and the ongoing development has created a need for experienced construction companies, capable of handling the large and mostly complicated road construction projects. The diversified landscape of the Republic of Yemen, with high mountain areas, deserts and as well tropical regions is a continuous challenge which we have mastered in over 10 projects comprising more than 1.000 km of roads in the last years.

General Construction is concerned with the erection of structures for houses, industrial buildings and functional buildings such as hotels. From the early stage of conceptual design until the delivery of turn-key installations, Abu Miska Enterprises has been serving the community since 15 years with cost efficient construction solutions.

Water & Oil Drilling

Water drilling has been a traditional business of Abu Miska Enterprises since more than 34 years. To cater the needs of a strong growing population for fresh water can only be performed by precise drilling and subsequent planning and erection of smart distribution networks.
Our water team comprises of geologists, hydrologists and drilling teams with a longstanding track record and excellent experience to handle the planning and execution part of well drilling and distribution networks.
Several hundred wells drilled in the last years successfully are a major project business which we are proud of.
Based on the expanding oil sector in the Republic of Yemen and tapping on the in-house knowledge concerning well drilling, Abu Miska Enterprises is offering its service for well drilling since 2005. Preparation has started by purchasing suitable drilling rigs and team formation is ongoing.
